INtel HD vid chipsets = to weak to load the game .. you need a GTX 460 or AMD 5850 or better, your Intel junk GPU wont cut it sorry man , thats why the game is black screening you .. it can Restart fixed the issue for me. I noticed this occurred a year ago. For me it happened only a couple of weeks ago. I thought it fixed itself, after leaving it a few days. Then side missions would fail even though completed. So uninstalled it. In a sense, restart, as like turning off and on again, didn't fix it for me. I5Xyzh.
